Ingredients for Making the Bacardi Rum Cake

  • ½  cup Bacardo Dark rum
  • 4 large eggs at room temperature
  • ¼  a cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of chopped Walnuts
  • 1 package of instant Vanilla Pudding Mix

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix

Rum cake is a new dish introduced in the culinary world but the preparation of this cake is way more easier than you think. Preheating and preparing the Baking Pan

Let the oven get preheated to 325 degrees. Then you have to prepare the baking pan for use later on. For this purpose, use butter to grease the baking pan and then dust flour on it. Bring the chopped walnuts and spread them at the bottom of the baking pan.

Preparing the Cake Batter

For preparing the cake batter, take a large-sized mixing bowl. Add the ingredients one by one into this bowl. First of all, you have to add the vanilla pudding mix and combine it with the cake mix. Pour some vegetable oil into it along with half a cup of water.

Add the eggs into the mixture and then pour the dark rum in your mixing bowl. Use the electric beater to make a smooth blend. Make sure there are no lumps left in the batter.
