Watermelon: 

  • 1 or ½ cup (Diced into blocks or cubes)
  • Icing sugar: 3 tablespoons
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh lemons: 2 to 3/ squeezed lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • 3 kiwi fruits

Step # 1:

The first step is the peeling and chopping of watermelon. Then blend these chopped watermelon pieces along with the sugar (powder it at home or buy powdered sugar): 2 tablespoons. Whizz it until the sugar is completely mixed with the watermelon puree.

Step # 2:

Fill this well-blended mixture into the ice/lollipop/popsicle moulds (whatever is available to you easily). Mould is just to shape the watermelon ice blocks, so use whichever shape you like. Fill the moulds in such a way that some space is left for another layer.

Step # 3:

Now chill this mixture in the freezer for a period of at least 2 hours. Note that you will not insert the Popsicle stick at this point.

Step # 4:

The next step is similar to 1st one. Peel and do cutting of kiwi into small pieces and grind it into puree. Pour this mixture into the moulds where space was left in the previous steps.

Step # 5:

Place the Popsicle stick holders in the moulds at this point. Leave it in the freezer again for almost five to six hours or for a whole night.

Step # 6:

Check the moulds, if it is frozen perfectly. Then it is time to unmold. Pour hot water on moulds for some time by keeping them upside down. It will take a few moments for watermelon ice blocks to come out.
