Cooking the Pork

Frying the Vegetables

After removing the pork from the Dutch oven, pour the chicken broth into it and then add carrots into the simmering broth. Bring the minced garlic and add it. Also, add the slices of onions at the same time. Use the wooden spoon to stir and cook the vegetables until they tenderize and soften.

Assembling the Baking pan

Once the mixture is boiled, reduce the heat. Bring the cooked pork and put it on top of the vegetables. Make sure the broth is reduced to one cup only. Bring the apple cider vinegar, rosemary, and bay leaves and add them to the baking pan. Also, add the leftover chicken broth at the same time.
