  •   All-purpose flour: 5.5 to 6 cups/745 to 810g + more for purpose of dusting

  •   Eggs: 4 (large)
  •   Kosher salt: 2 teaspoons
  •   Different available assorted seeds: 2 teaspoons each (nigella, poppy, sesame, fennel, cumin) to garnish
  •   Sea salt (flaky): according to your taste just for garnishing

Required Equipment:

A mixer is also called a standard mixer.

Step # 1: Yeast Mixture Mixing

Dissolve sugar (2 tablespoons) in warm water in the bowl of the stand mixer by whisking it with the help of a whisk attached to the mixer. Wait for five to ten minutes after sprinkling yeast on it till it becomes foamy.

Step # 2: Addition of ingredients

Now vegetable oil (4 tablespoons), eggs (3), some more sugar (6 tablespoons), honey and again turn on the mixer and allow to whisk at medium speed till combined well.

Step # 3: Kneading the dough using a mixer:

Switch the mixer with a dough hook to prepare the dough. Put 5.5 cups of flour and add salt to taste. Start it with low speed and slowly increase heat to medium. Continue kneading until elastic and smooth dough form, It usually takes 4 to 5 minutes.

Step # 7: 2nd Rise:
